Based in West Sussex, with clients across the globe and over 20 years’ experience working across a diverse range of businesses from public sector services, charitable organisations and commercial enterprises. My philosophy Positive Approach Positive Thinking Positive Outcomes has been shaped by the wonderful people who I’ve met and worked with and have generously encouraged and believed in me.

A pivotal learning for me was being a key player in building a small beauty brand into a leading light within the industry. Helping build that business from the ground up gave me an in-depth knowledge of how to develop a successful global, multi-channel business.

My experience and successes enable me to offer advice, mentoring and coaching on all aspects of business and brand building, with core expertise in strategies, evaluation, planning and implementation.

I realise that for so many people running start-ups or established organisations, the world of business can feel both exciting and over-whelming – information overload, endless options and investment decisions.
I am here to provide a unique and positive way to draw out what you really want to achieve, open your eyes to what is possible and support you on that journey.

Becky met Tracy in 2002 whilst working at Liz Earle Cosmetics Ltd. It was still a very small company but with big plans and though we worked in different areas of the business we were lucky to work very closely alongside the two founders. The experience was a one off and the entrepreneurialism and inspiration of those two incredible women had a lasting effect and gave us an immense insight and understanding of building a successful business.

Reconnecting a few years ago with Tracy it quickly became obvious to collaborate and combine our expertise. We have the same work ethic, philosophy and standards but different skill sets which is key when joining forces and for our clients. We also both understand the challenges of running a business, the different stages of growth and the steps that need to be taken to be successful.
