Business Advice & Brand Strategy

Becky Daley, owner of Digital Eaze and I met when working at the award-winning skin care company Liz Earle Cosmetics Ltd. A journey which was both inspiring and a learning experience for both of us. Though our work was in different areas of the business a relationship was forged so that several years after taking other career paths, it was an easy alliance to rekindle.

Creating Digital Eaze was a big step for Becky and not one she had originally been planning, but the opportunity to take over and own the business, was a step she felt ready to take. The team and projects she inherited which was great as this was familiar territory and the business continued to be successful. But after a while it became apparent that there was no focus on driving new business and a plan of where Digital Eaze was headed. Becky realised the gap and our conversation started.

But with Tracy’s enthusiasm, positivity and expertise she helped re-focus the business vision and values, armed me with a new strategy and mentored me along the way. Tracy’s dedication and passion has not only helped grow the strength of my business but also me personally.
