How we made a difference
A wonderful woman with a love of horses and entrepreneurial drive, launched Equilibrium Products Limited in 2001. Unable to find a solution to the head shaking that affected her beloved horse, Timmy, she decided to develop a product that would. The Net Relief Muzzle Net was born and kick started a very successful business.
With great credentials and award-winning products, Equilibrium now has customers and suppliers all over the world, including many top class professional riders. They have continued to expand their product offering from one to seven sub-brands – including a therapy range – and have recently launched into nutrition with two amazing and unique products. It was prior to their venture into this new category that we were asked to help. As all our work is tailored to the individual business, we don’t always know exactly will be required from the outset; generally we start off getting involved in the PR and communications and it evolves from there, which is what happened with Equilibrium. This is always a great way of understanding a business and assessing what further support is needed. With Equilibrium this led to reviewing their marketing strategy and business plan, working with them to define their long-term strategy, refocusing the marketing and establishing processes to support their expansion and new product launch. Ongoing we help to monitor the progress, plot new goals and manage the process.
This business has established its reputation on innovation, research, quality, customer service and commitment to the wellbeing of the horse, so it was important that these messages were clearly visible and recognised through their branding and marketing communications.
