Some of our customers just need help in delivering a specific project. We offer the expertise of having worked on both the client and agency side and fully understand how to manage expectations, executing any project on time, in budget and to brief.
Here is a brief summary of some of the projects and the companies we have had the pleasure of working with:-
TJam was Tesco’s first ever undertaking of an open forum and required the involvement of Tesco customers, suppliers and technical developers. The project needed clear and direct project management, including sourcing a facilitation and recruitment agency to oversee and support the day. The objective was to define where Tesco.com was going to be positioned in the next 5-10 years. With more than 200 people attending, the day generated over 800 business ideas, helping to shape their future business strategy. It was considered a resounding success and Charles picked up two awards from Tesco and his University for going above and beyond and exceeding expectations.
One of Greencore’s major clients was M&S and there were many projects being worked on at any given time. One example was the brief to design a new pack for their Gluten-free sandwich range. Working closely with the M&S team and a design agency in-depth co-ordinated market research was carried out before the project was delivered, presented and successfully adopted by M&S. The design is still being used today.
Working with Aimia’s customer Sainsbury’s, involved the management of a diverse range of projects, with a notable client base such as Mars and General Mills. Taking marketing plans and creating marketing campaigns and activities plus meeting with buyers, clients and Sainsbury’s in-house design team, projects covered all aspects of the store shopper marketing suit, such as entrance gate shrouds and in store shelf barkers.
A recent project for Ape was delivered for a key client Noble Foods, specifically their Happy Egg and Big and Fresh brands. This required the management of new pack design, website communication and the creation of a text message with survey “text to win” competition. This fully rounded campaign delivered above expectations, with over 25,000 text entries.
