My background is in business management, new product development and retailer marketing, which has given me a broad and in-depth understanding of how a business succeeds and what makes colleagues and customers tick. I have been lucky enough to have worked with some great businesses from small family-run companies to some of the big players, which has given me a wealth of invaluable experience.

My real passion is for great teamwork and offering exceptional customer service – it’s always top of my agenda. I incorporate a mix of on the ground knowledge with data and insight when making business decisions and use an intuitive approach tailored to each project or business I work with.

I also have a passion for food, cooking and creating (you can find me under @relishlifestyle sharing recipes and all the things I ‘relish’). This has been an interest of mine from an early age and more recently I’ve been able to indulge my creativity in the kitchen with some of the companies I have worked for.

Wentworth Consultancy allows me to work on a flexible basis, when my expertise is required, but what I love about this company is that it allows me to work and build relationships with entrepreneurial people who have drive, energy and are from a diverse range of industries.
